Aimbridge Hospitality Selected To Manage Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre
Aimbridge Hospitality announces it has been selected to manage the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre. The hotel will undergo a comprehensive property-wide renovation starting in 2020.
Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre is owned by Nuveen, a global investment management firm with more than $1 trillion in assets under management.
“It was imperative that we bring a partner with a proven track record of success to manage this property, especially as the hotel will soon undergo a significant renovation,” said Derreck Barker, Senior Director - Regional Head, Southwest, Office of Nuveen. “Aimbridge Hospitality is the right fit, and we look forward to the strong results that the partnership will achieve.”
Conveniently located at the Lincoln Centre across from the Dallas Galleria Mall, the 500-key hotel is an inviting choice for both business and leisure travelers. The Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre features onsite dining options, a resort-style pool, fitness center, and 48,000 square feet of versatile meeting and event space.
In 2020, the property will endure a full renovation of all guest rooms, lobby area, and food and beverage outlets that will bring the hotel up to the highest level of Hilton standards. Additionally, a brand-new ballroom will be added, bringing the hotel’s total meeting and event space to 56,000 square feet. The Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre will remain open during the renovation, which is slated for completion in late 2020.
“The Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre is a significant property that will attract both corporate and leisure travelers, and we are proud to feature this property in our management portfolio,” said Dave Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of Aimbridge Hospitality. “Aimbridge will bring its incomparable expertise and scale, adding value to this landmark property.”
